The ACT project explicitely aimed at evaluating the impact of informal learning on citizenship competences of non-mainstreaming target groups. They may be disadvantaged due to their status as migrants, they may be disabled or without jobs or come from disadvantaged regions. For those people informal learning may be the only chance to improve their situation in their European societies. Three projects concerning disadvantaged citizens will be presented in this section - some of them including scientific reports.
